Foreign Faculty Employment Announcement

Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ), will evaluate applications from candidates interested in full-time foreign faculty positions at the level of assistant professor, associate professor, or professor. Both promising candidates at the beginning of their careers and those with an established research agenda can apply. Applications are open to all fields of expertise. Candidates with high project and publication productivity are especially encouraged to apply. Candidates are expected to contribute to undergraduate and graduate courses, actively participate in research and development activities, and obtain internal and external research funding.

Located in Burdur, MAKÜ is a respected state university fully accredited for 5 years by the Higher Education Quality Council, specializing in agriculture and animal husbandry (with R&D activities supported by a special budget), and has been ranked in world rankings in recent years. Education is provided in Turkish and in English in some programs.
