MAKÜ is Gradually Strengthening Its Presence in International Rankings

MAKÜ, on its 18th anniversary, showed significant success by ranking in the top 98 among 303 World Universities from 108 different countries in the HE Higher Education Ranking 2024 (HE Yükseköğretim Sıralama Kuruluşu 2024) World Ranking Organization.

HE Yükseköğretim Sıralama Kuruluşu is a scientific, academic, and research ranking organization that ranks Higher Education Institutions based on key performance indicators such as Research, Internationalization, Quality of Education-Teaching, Social, Cultural and Quality Assurance of the Institution, United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and Academic Transparency.

In the report of another World Ranking Organization that ranks universities based on their international academic performance (SCIMAGO Institutions Rankings 2024), 140 universities from Turkey, 565 from the Middle East, and 4762 from the World were included.

According to this report, MAKÜ ranked 2nd in Turkey, 17th in the Middle East, and 694th in the World in the field of Psychology; 3rd in Turkey, 12th in the Middle East, and 295th in the World in the field of Psychiatry and Mental Health; 8th in Turkey, 25th in the Middle East, and 753rd in the World in the field of Arts and Humanities; and 10th in Turkey, 44th in the Middle East, and 529th in the World in the field of Veterinary, thus succeeding in entering the top 1000 in the World, top 50 in the Middle East, and top 10 in Turkey in the relevant fields.
