A strong rise in scientific publications from Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University

We have recorded a concrete and striking rise reflected in the SCOPUS data, one of the world's most comprehensive databases created by Elsevier, which provides data to the Times Higher Education (THE) rankings, one of the world's most prestigious rankings.

Significant Breakthrough in Quality and Competence: We have nearly doubled our performance by achieving a 98% increase in the number of scientific outputs in the Q1 category, the most important indicator of scientific competence, compared to 2023. The 80% growth we achieved in our total outputs in the Q1 and Q2 categories during the same period is the clearest evidence of how strongly we have expanded our pool of qualified publications.

Steady Rise in Production Capacity: We have certified our quality at world standards by increasing the number of "Original Articles and Reviews" in the Q1 category, the backbone of academic literature, by 94% in just two years. In total, we have increased the number of publications that directly contribute to the literature by 50%, demonstrating our capacity and stability in the production of original knowledge.
